The strategy

  • Market Mapping: Selling into a very specific niche, it was essential we mapped the TAM to its fullest and with the highest degree of accuracy. We built a comprehensive database of cosmetics brands through multiple channels - Ocean.io's lookalike lists, Apollo data, and industry directories. This data was consolidated in Clay where we removed duplicates and used AI to validate each company was a true beauty brand based on website analysis. This master list was then systematically targeted for outreach, segment by segment.
  • Data Enrichment & Triggers: Using Clay's AI agent, we gathered three critical data points for each brand: recent product launches, current product portfolio, and target customer demographics.
  • Copywriting: We used Claude to generate highly personalised copy based on specific beauty products and new launches. We used lots of case studies from other beauty brands.
  • Offer: We offered personalised mini demo’s, custom one-pagers, and tech stack audits.
  • Mobiles List Enrichment:  For leads that didn't respond, we built an automation to feed them back into Clay to source their mobile numbers and generate personalized AI call scripts. These leads were then automatically pushed weekly into SalesFinity's power dialler for SDRs to systematically work through.
