The strategy
- Market Mapping: We mapped the total addressable market in Apollo and used Ocean.io to generate lookalike audiences of existing customers.
- Data Enrichment: We used BuiltWith in Clay to enrich to find what CRM is currently used. We used Clay’s AI agent to research what the company does, who they sell to, and what their typical sales cycle might look like. We enriched to find the total headcount of the sales department and the profiles of individual contributors.
- Triggers: We used Scrapeli to scrape LinkedIn followers from competitors and Trigify to identify companies hiring for RevOps. We used Phantom Buster to scrape engagement with relevant LinkedIn content and influencers in the sales-tech space.
- Copywriting: We used Claude to generate hyper-personalised outreach copy that acknowledged the current CRM and why Gyaan could be a better option for the prospect given their specific target market and sales process.
- Offer: We generated high response rates by offering to send a personalised mini demo.
