The strategy
Market Mapping: We mapped the total addressable market in LinkedIn Sales Navigator for maximum coverage, and scraped with Vayne.io so as to bypass page limits.
Data Enrichment: We used Clay to enrich the LinkedIn profile of each prospect to identify whether they had a relevant certification. We also identified team members that we referenced by name as ideal candidates for specific training programmes.
Mobiles List Enrichment: For leads that didn't respond, we built an automation to feed them back into Clay where we used FullEnrich to find their mobile numbers Claygent to find switchboard numbers. These leads were then automatically pushed weekly to sales reps to systematically work through.
Offer: We leveraged an underutilised government funding initiative for corporate training as our key value proposition, complemented by detailed course information packages.
